Online Self-Care Consultation
Lauren (CMT, CCT, B.A.) will help you to relieve pain, increase range of motion and safely use self-care tools at home. It will be useful to have a foam roller and yoga mat handy during the consultation, but it is not required. A Zoom link will be sent to your email the day before your appointment. Lauren also has a B.A. in Psychology and can help with natural ways to cope with stress and anxiety as well. She cannot prescribe medications or administer "therapy".

Tune Up for Two
This is a massage instruction class for two offered by Lauren (CMT, CCT, B.A.) A two-hour session covering basic massage techniques for a full body massage. The session includes proper body mechanics, basic techniques and how to sequence a massage, plus time for questions, answers, and practice. You and your loved one, whether it's a friend, life partner, or family member, can learn to give a healing massage that will not only relieve stress but will also help sore muscles and promote circulation.
