Updates Regarding COVID-19

Dear Vallejo and Loyal Clients,


Thank you so much for your on-going support during these past few months. We are so happy to welcome you back and thankful for the opportunity to once again serve our community. Our team is committed to taking steps to keep you safe and healthy. Below are some key changes we've made upon reopening. Your feedback is confirmation that we are all dedicated to preventing the spread in order to protect those at high risk and we thank you for this.

Please be aware of the following: 

  • Doctor's referrals are no longer needed to book a treatment. All are welcome to book.

  • We have added more time in between sessions to allow staff to clean and disinfect.

  • Staff will be wearing masks, face shields and clothing covers that will be sanitized or changed in between sessions.

Pre-screen before your appointment: 

If you reply 'yes' to any of the following questions, please contact us to reschedule your appointment without penalty.

  • Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?

  • Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

  • Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has Coronavirus-type symptoms?


When you arrive for your appointment:

  • Please remain in your car or outside when you arrive.

  • Send a text to (707) 310-1237 to let us know you are here or call (the same number) and leave a message.

  • Staff will reply when we have completed all disinfecting tasks and are ready for you. 

  • The lobby will be closed for waiting at this time.


Upon entering Tune Up Holistic Care:

  • We will be taking temperatures at the door.

  • We will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment if you show signs of illness for the safety of all other clients and staff members.

  • All must wash hands and/or use provided hand sanitizer in our facility upon entering.


During your treatment:

  • All clients must wear face masks for the duration of their stay, including the entire duration of the treatment. 

  • If masks are removed at any time, we are legally required to end the session. 

  • If you do not have one, one will be provided for you. 

  • According to the CDC, If you have breathing trouble or are otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance you may be excused from wearing a mask. If you have a medical reason as to why you are not required to wear a mask, we will also need this information included in your doctor's referral.

Operational Changes:

  • Reception Hours are 10am - 5pm, Wednesday - Sunday. Appointment times are available anywhere from 10am - 8pm, Wednesday - Sunday

  • We are now closed on Mondays & Tuesdays.

  • Online Booking is available once again as well as eGift Cards

  • We are no longer accepting cash or checks. We do accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay (contactless).  We also accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account Cards (HSA). If you have a Medical Reimbursement Account, we are happy to provide you with an invoice via email.
